Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On November 15, 2022, Prat Bhatt notified Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") of his decision to retire as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Cisco, effective July 29, 2023. Cisco expects to appoint M. Victoria Wong to succeed Mr. Bhatt. Ms. Wong currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Cisco.
