Citi Trends, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended October 29, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 192.32 million compared to USD 227.96 million a year ago. Net income was USD 24.59 million compared to USD 9.01 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 3.02 compared to USD 1.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 3.02 compared to USD 1.03 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 585.55 million compared to USD 750.62 million a year ago. Net income was USD 52.26 million compared to USD 52.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 6.34 compared to USD 5.77 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 6.34 compared to USD 5.71 a year ago.
