Shenzhen Yisheng Asset Management Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 30% stake in CITIC COHC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd from CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000099) on January 21, 2020. Under the terms, CITIC COHC Financial reported revenues of CNY 45.9 million, net profit of CNY 2.9 million, total assets of CNY 674.5 million and net assets of CNY 173.8 million for year ended December 2019.
