On November 4 - 5, 2021, Stephen Bianchi, Chairman, President & CEO of Citizens
Community Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), and James S. Broucek, CFO of the
Company, will participate in a series of meetings with institutional investors
at the 2021 Hovde Group Financial Services Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. As
part of the conference, the Company's management will provide a presentation to
certain participants in attendance regarding certain matters impacting the
