Citizens Financial : leads $67.3 million construction loan to Trinitas Ventures

Funds will finance construction of a new student housing project near the University of Central Florida

PROVIDENCE, RI - Citizens announced today that its Commercial Real Estate Finance team led a $67.3 million construction loan to Trinitas Ventures for the development of a new 286-unit, 750-bedroom student housing project near the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Fla. Citizens is Sole Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner and Administrative Agent.

Trinitas has been a Citizens client since 2016. Citizens has also financed Trinitas projects at Miami University (Ohio), Washington State University and University of Nebraska.
