Scala Eiendom AS signed an agreement to acquire Sjøsiden centre in Horten and Down Town from Citycon Oyj for approximately NOK 1250 million.

Scala Eiendom AS signed an agreement to acquire Sjøsiden centre in Horten and Down Town from Citycon Oyj (HLSE:CTY1S) for approximately NOK 1250 million on November 29, 2022. The transaction is expected to close during fourth quarter of 2022. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to repay debt and to further strengthen Citycon's investment grade balance sheet.
