According to Civil Engineering Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered newly issued ordinary shares for capital increase by initial public offering (IPO) on 27th January 2022, amounting to 200,000,000 shares at the offering price of Baht 4.60 per share. The Company has received the net proceeds from capital increase of Million Baht 883.4 after deducting the related expenses from this offering.
