(Alliance News) - Civitanavi Systems Spa announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a group policy with Intesa Sanpaolo aimed at protecting employees from the economic consequences that may occur as a result of the onset of serious illness.

In fact, the company's top management has decided to provide concrete support to all employees, distributed between the Pedaso headquarters and the Ardea and Casoria offices, guaranteeing them economic support and coverage of health expenses for specialist and control visits, taking advantage of the welfare solutions proposed by Intesa Sanpaolo, which is able to guarantee assistance in dealing with moments of particular need related to the onset of serious illness and which shares the ethical and social values of doing business.

Andrea Pizzarulli, CEO of Civitanavi Systems: "People are at the center of our development strategy and their welfare is a factor that, as a responsible company, we wish to support and promote. Corporate welfare is therefore a strategic asset for a company like ours that makes excellence a flagship, and at the same time wishes to create a corporate environment based on the development and well-being of the people who work there, understood also as concrete support for themselves and their families."

Civitanavi Systems is up 0.1 percent at EUR3.48 per share.
