CJ ENM CO., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A035760) agreed to acquire remaining 39.71% stake in Yongfilm Inc. from Seung Yong Lim for KRW 15.9 billion on October 24, 2022. As per the terms of the deal, CJ ENM CO., Ltd. will acquire 5,000 shares of Yongfilm Inc. each for KRW 3,177,100. Post-completion, CJ ENM CO., Ltd. will own 100% stake in Yongfilm Inc. The Board of Directors of CJ ENM CO., Ltd has resolved the deal on October 24, 2022, and the expected date of signing the stock purchase contract is October 24, 2022.
CJ ENM Co Ltd, formerly CJ O Shopping Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in home shopping and catalogue sales business. The company operates its business through four segments.
