Clínica Baviera, S.A. (BME:CBAV) acquired Loiola Visión from Manuel Salaberría in June 2017. Following the acquisition, Clínica Baviera integrated the three clinics of Loiola Visión located in San Sebastián, Azpeitia and Irún. Manuel Salaberría has joined the medical staff of Clínica Baviera and will head the retina division of Baviera in the northern region.
