Clariant AG (SWX:CLN) agreed to acquire remaining 70% stake in Beraca Ingredientes Naturais S.A from Sabará family on August 23, 2021. Beraca's business will be integrated into the Care Chemicals Business Area. In 2020, the sales volume of Beraca amounted to $15 million.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q4 2021.
