With sixteen consecutive quarters of growth, corresponding to an order intake CAGR of 21%, Clavister is now entering the next phase of its growth journey. One of the key initiatives in this next phase is the establishment of a commercial department, consolidating and aligning all customer-facing functions, including sales, marketing, professional services, education and customer support. The augmented commercial department will drive a coherent and relentless execution of Clavister's go-to-market strategy, with an accelerated and profitable growth as its key objective. 

Sienkiewicz, with almost three years at Clavister in the role of Chief Strategy Officer, has been instrumental in scaling up the company's global key account sales and in the build-up of its vast pipeline of large business opportunities. Prior to joining Clavister, Sienkiewicz has more than 20 years of executive sales and marketing experience from companies like Minolta, Lucent Technologies, Portal Software, Oracle, Google and IBM.
