NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) _ Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (CLNE) on Thursday reported a loss of $13.2 million in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Newport Beach, California-based company said it had a loss of 6 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.

The provider of natural gas as an alternative fuel for vehicle fleets posted revenue of $97.2 million in the period.
