CleanSpace Holdings Limited confirmed that Ms. Gabrielle O'Carroll commenced as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, effective 1 January 2025. Mr. Graham McLean stepped down as CEO as at 31 December 2024 and remains Chairman of the Board. He and the team are providing a smooth transition to Ms. O'Carroll.
Mr. McLean's engagement arrangements have changed to that of Chairman only on the same terms and conditions as the previous Chair. Mr. Mclean will retain the Performance Rights awarded to him as CEO together with 37,000 unvested Restricted Stock Units. All incentives are subject to vesting conditions.
75,000 unvested RSUs have been forfeited.
