CleanSpace Holdings Limited announced the intention of the Chief Executive Officer, Graham McLean, to transition from the CEO role to a Non-Executive Director role in late 2024. Mr. McLean joined the Company as a Non-Executive Director in February 2022. He then took on the CEO role in January 2023, with the objective of being a catalyst for business renewal.
He focused on resetting strategic growth priorities in the Industrial sectors, delivering a material reduction of the cost base, and stabilising the financial performance of the Company. As this task has been largely delivered, this is now the appropriate time for the Company to embark on its next phase of growth under new leadership. The Company has a search process underway and will advise when the appointment of a new CEO is made, expected late 2024.
