             Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of
             Certain Officers.

On June 24, 2022, Chad Plotkin informed Clearway Energy, Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to resign from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Plotkin will continue to serve as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer through the date of the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2022, which is anticipated to be filed on or around August 2, 2022. Mr. Plotkin's resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its independent auditors.
