A printed copy is available on request from the company secretary at [e-mail]. The integrated annual report and audited annual financial statements contain no changes from the reviewed preliminary group results published on SENS on 26 October 2017. The annual financial statements were audited by the group´s auditors, Ernst and Young Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in the audited annual financial statements and is also available for inspection at the group´s registered office. Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting will be held at the registered office of Clicks Group, corner Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape Town, on 31 January 2018 at 09:30 to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting. The notice of annual general meeting is available on the group´s website and is being distributed to those shareholders who have not elected to receive electronic communications. The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is 26 January 2018.
