DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN CLICKS GROUP LIMITED

The Company received notice from JPMorgan Chase & Co. that it had, on 8 July 2022, acquired ordinary shares in the Company such that its total beneficial interest had increased from 6.93% to 10.98% of the ordinary shares in issue.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has further informed the Company that at 29 July 2022 it had disposed of ordinary shares in the Company such that its total beneficial interest has decreased from 10.98% to 8.12% of the ordinary shares in issue.

JPMorgan Chase & Co has advised the Company that the interests are held by
