Cloudberry Clean Energy : Oslo Børs - Resolution of transfer of listing from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs - Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA to
listing on Oslo Børs. 

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Oslo Børs.

The President and CEO of Oslo Stock Exchange determines the first day of
listing, no later than 17th August 2021.
