Clover Health Investments, Corp. announced that Mr. Lee A. Shapiro, a member of the Clover Board of Directors and Chair of its Audit Committee, will lead the search committee that will oversee the process to replace Mr. Wagner. Mr. Shapiro previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Livongo Health Inc., a tech-enabled services company that helps individuals with chronic conditions to live better and healthier lives, until November 2020. Mr. Mark Herbers has joined the Company as interim Senior Vice President of Finance and will serve in that role until becoming the interim Chief Financial Officer on the Departure Date.
Clover Health Investments, Corp. is a physician enablement company. The Company is focused on seniors who have historically lacked access to affordable healthcare. It offers a software platform, Clover Assistant, which is designed to aggregate patient data from across the health ecosystem to support clinical decision-making and improve health outcomes. The Company operates under two segments: Insurance and Non-Insurance.
