The Company operates through five business segments. The Supply and Procurement segment is engaged in the supply and procurement of metal minerals, recyclable metal materials and timber logs. The Securities Investment segment is engaged in the investment and trading activities in listed equity securities, warrants, convertible bonds and interest bearing notes. The Provision of Finance segment is engaged in the provision of short-term loan financing activities. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the trading of properties, property investment and letting of properties. The Provision of Brokerage and Related Services segment is engaged in the proprietary trading business and the provision of brokerage services, securities margin financing services, as well as futures and options contracts dealing services.
