CMR, S.A.B. De C.V. Announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was MXN 549.147 million compared to MXN 841.577 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 226.118 million compared to operating Income of MXN 45.940 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 297.197 million compared to net income of MXN 2.273 million a year ago. For the full year, sales was MXN 2,022.903 million compared to MXN 2,912.752 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 692.769 million compared to operating Income of MXN 37.041 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 932.692 million compared to MXN 164.547 million a year ago.
CMR SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the management of restaurants. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Restaurants and Rental. The Restaurants division is responsible for the operation of fast food and Mexican restaurants under a range of brand names, such as Wings, La Calle, Fonda Mexicana, Chili's, Olive Garden, La Destileria, El Lago, Red Lobster, The Capital Grille, LongHorn Steakhouse and Bistro Chapultepec. The Rental segment includes leasing of commercial real estate. The Company operates in Mexico through Centro Restaurantero Mexicano SA de CV, Gastronomia Especializada SA de CV, Operadora Wings SA de CV and Conturmex SA de CV, among others.
