CNH Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A023460) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 595,000 shares of its common stock. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and increase shareholders' value.
The program will be valid until September 23, 2022. As of June 22, 2022, the company had 2,763,619 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
