The Group's order intake for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2021 totalled €360.9 million, including €249.2 million relating to Environment & Energy and €110.9 million relating to Innovation & Systems.
The Environment & Energy EPC Division has booked €155.2 million of orders as of September 30, 2021, mainly including the construction phase of the waste recovery unit in Reunion Island for €139 million.

Revenues for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2021 totalled €393.9 million, including €256 million relating to the Environment & Energy and €137.1 million relating to the Innovation & Systems.
The decrease in revenue in the Environment and Energy division is due to the disposal of the O&M business at the end of July and the delivery of major EPC projects in early 2021.

The backlog at 30 September 2020 was €1,068.3 million, including €808.9 million relating to Environment & Energy and €259.5 million relating to Innovation & Systems.
It is 10.7% lower than the backlog at 1 January 2020 and represents 23 months of revenues.
Cash flow
At 30 September 2021, the Group had net debt of €120.4 million after taking into account gross cash of €50.9 million.
Outlook
The end of September results of the Turnkey Plant Division show a stabilisation of losses compared to the situation at the end of June.
Nevertheless, the year 2021 will result in a heavy operating loss and, despite the exceptional profit resulting from the waiver of a part of the financial debts, the equity situation will remain negative.
The Company is continuing to work on the recovery of its loss-making subsidiaries while actively seeking affiliation opportunities.
