(Stock Code: 2302) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

CNNC International Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries shall be referred to as the "Group") has just received a notification issued by its ultimate holding company, China National Nuclear Corporation (中國核工業集團公司) ("CNNC") on 17th March, 2017,

which indicated that CNNC and China Nuclear Engineering Group Co. (中國核工業建設集 團公司) are contemplating strategic reorganization, the specific details of which are yet to be determined and will be subject to relevant authorities' approvals after being determined.

The aforesaid matter currently does not involve material assets reorganization of the Company, and will not have any material impacts on the normal operation of the Group. The Company will closely monitor the development of the aforesaid matter and will make further announcement when necessary

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
