Otog Banner Qipanjing Huwu Coal Mine signed a property rights transaction contract to acquire 51% stake in Inner Mongolia Lantai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. from Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600328) for CNY 75.4 million on April 20, 2020. The transfer involves 51% stake in Inner Mongolia Lantai Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and related creditor rights and was sold via a public listing methodology in the Beijing Assets Exchange. As on April 26, 2020, Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co., Ltd. received the entire transaction price. Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co., Ltd also received a Corporate State-owned Assets Trading Voucher issued by Beijing Stock Exchange. As of May 12, 2020, Inner Mongolia Lantai Industrial Co., Ltd. is going through the formalities for change of industrial and commercial registration.
