February FY2022 production update

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby provides update on coal production in February FY2022. The financial year 2022 of the Company commenced on the 1st July 2021 and will end on the 30th June 2022.

Total output in February FY2022 amounted to 5 847 tonnes (5 132 tonnes of thermal and 715 tonnes of coking coal), and increased by 195.6% m-o-m (output in January FY2022 amounted to

1 978 tonnes).

The increase in thermal coal production is associated with the involvement of a contractor. Meanwhile as was reported in current report no.3/2022 dated 24 February 2022 because of the invasion of troops of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, mining operations at Company's mines were ceased in order not to put our employees at risk.

As of the day of this report Company's mines are working on pumping out water and maintaining systems and property complex has not been damaged.
