DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 January 2016 (the "Announcement") of Coastal Greenland Limited (the "Company"). Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular containing, among other things, details of the Disposal Agreement, and the Target Company, the financial information of the Group, the financial information of the Target Company, the notice convening the SGM and other information as required under the Listing Rules (the "Circular") is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 7 March 2016.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to on or before 8 March 2016.
