RETIREMENT OF MS JULIE COATES

Coca-Cola Amatil ("Amatil") has today advised that Ms Julie Coates will retire as an Independent Non- Executive Director, effective from 29 November 2019.

The announcement follows Ms Coates' appointment on 2 September 2019 as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CSR Limited.

Amatil Chairman Ilana Atlas said Ms Coates had made an outstanding contribution to the Amatil Board since her appointment early last year.

"The Board has benefitted from Julie's outstanding expertise in retail and FMCG operations, her experience in establishing motivated and highly successful teams, and her skills in managing change."

Amatil is finalising arrangements for filling Ms Coates' vacancy on the Board with an announcement expected before the end of 2019.
