Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

Athens, Greece - 1 June 2012 - Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, that it has been informed by Mr. Christos Ioannou, member of its Board of Directors and person obliged to notify his Stock Exchange transactions on the Company's shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Christos Ioannou proceeded on 29 May 2012:

a) to a transfer of 400,000 Company's registered shares from his personal dematerialized account kept with S.A.T., to the dematerialized account kept with S.A.T. of HSBC Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., which acts as a custodian; and

b) to a transfer of 180,000 Company's registered shares from the joined dematerialized account held together with Mr. Stelios Ioannou, Ms Maria Ioannou and Ms Elly Ioannou kept with S.A.T., to the dematerialized account kept with S.A.T. of HSBC Private Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., which acts as a custodian.
