The Board of Directors of Cohen & Steers, Inc. declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2022 in the amount of $0.55 per share of common stock payable on August 25, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2022.
Cohen & Steers, Inc. is a holding company, which is engaged in global investment management. The Company is specialized in real assets and alternative income, including listed and private real estate, preferred securities, infrastructure, resource equities, commodities, as well as multi-strategy solutions. The Companyâs distribution network encompasses two channels, wealth and institutional.
