Coinbase Global, Inc. (NasdaqGS:COIN) agreed to acquire Agara Labs from Blume Venture Advisors Pvt. Ltd., RTP Global, The University of Tokyo Edge Capital Co., Ltd., Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and others on November 2, 2021. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by late 2021.
Rachit Bahl, Sumit Ghoshal, Abhinav Ashwin, Akhilesh Kumar Rai and Aman Gera of AZB & Partners acted as legal advisor to Coinbase Global, Inc. on the transaction.
