Colbun S.a. (SNSE:COLBUN) agreed to acquire 145MW Olmué and 57MW Santa Sofía solar projects from SunEdison, Inc. (OTCPK:SUNE.Q) on April 26, 2016. The Sanat Sofia solar project is currently pending environmental assessment. As on July 5, 2016, Colbun S.a. acquired 145MW Olmué solar project from SunEdison, Inc.

Colbun SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity.
