Colliers International Group Inc. (TSX:CIGI) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 3,500,000 subordinate voting shares, representing 8.34% of its outstanding shares. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
The bid will expire no later than July 19, 2023. As of July 15, 2022, the company had 41,951,236 subordinate voting shares and 1,325,694 multiple voting shares outstanding.
