On March 21, 2022, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.07 per common share at its meeting on Monday, March 21, 2022. The dividend will be payable on or about May 16, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2022.
