Chanvit Vitayasamrit, Supakorn Ruangvityakul, Tidarom Tanasit, Krit Vittayasamrit and Thanachai Klomchitcharoen agreed to acquire additional 12.5% stake in Hobbie Plus Co., Ltd. from Com7 Public Company Limited (SET:COM7) for approximately THB 12.5 million on November 4, 2016. In a related deal Com7 Public Company Limited agreed to acquire additional 49% stake in Banana Sure Co., Ltd. from Thanawat Sae-Chiang for THB 27.82 million. Under the terms of the agreement, 4,375 shares will be sold for 2,857.14 per shares of Hobbie Plus Co., Ltd. Com7 Public Company Limited received payment of THB 2.1 million during second quarter while THB 5.4 million during third quarter. The Board of Com7 Public Company Limited approved the transaction.
