Com7 Public Company Limited announced that the Company has approved Novus Integration Company Limited (Novus Co., Ltd), a subsidiary of the Company, (the Company holds shares in the proportion of 100% of the registered capital of Novus Co., Ltd) to establish its new subsidiary, LorThong Co. Ltd. with registered capital of THB 50,000,000, divided into 500,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share. Nature of Business of LorThong Co. is engage in manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, and distributing motorcycles and other industrial and consumer products. The total number of directors in new sub subsidiary is five people, consisting of Directors from representatives of ordinary persons (the hareholders) and 2 persons 3 directors from Novus Integration Co. Ltd.
