Following the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Yang as Managing Director / Group Chief Executive Officer ("MD/GCEO") of ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited with effect from 1 May 2017 in place of Mr Kua Hong Pak who will step down from his position as MD/GCEO on 30 April 2017. It is an internal promotion for Mr Yang.
