Compañía de Distribución Integral Logista Holdings, S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Article 227 of the Refunded Text of the Law on the Securities Market, reports to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) the following:

RELEVANT INFORMATION

In relation to the current liquidity contract granted on January 20, 2021, to Banco Santander S.A. (Banco Santander), communicated to the CNMV on that date, and in compliance with the provisions of section 2b) of Rule Fourth of Circular 1/2017, of 26 April, of the CNMV, the Company informs of the operations carried out during the fourth quarter of the year 2021 in the following table:

The details of the operations carried out by the financial intermediary during the aforementioned period are attached to this communication, indicating for each operation, the number of shares bought and sold, effective used and obtained, average prices for purchase and sale and number of operations carried out. No block trades or negotiated bilateral operations during the period.

This liquidity contract was suspended from September 23, 2021 to November 3, 2021, to acquire treasury shares, with the aim of fulfilling the obligations set forth in the Incentive Plan based on shares for managers and executive directors of the Logista group, according to communication to the CNMV on September 22, 2021. Therefore, there were not operations from October 1, 2021 to November 3, 2021.
