• More than 12,000 tobacconists will be able to offer this service, which will be implemented progressively over the next few months.
  • Logista Payments will facilitate the collection of non-direct debit bills management for Endesa customers through a simple management and marketing operation for tobacconists.

Endesa has reached an agreement with Logista Payments, a subsidiary of Logista, the leading distributor of products and services to local retailers in southern Europe, whereby Endesa customers will be able to pay non-direct debit receipts through tobacconists located throughout Spain that sign up to the Bill Collection Service.

The tobacconist network, with more than 12,000 points of sale in Spain, is one of the most extensive, capillary, and close to consumers' daily lives, which means that the agreement broadens the customers' options, especially in the most depopulated areas.

Logista Payments will facilitate the collection of non-direct debit bills management for Endesa customers through a simple management and marketing operation for tobacconists, supported by Logista's Transactional Platform. The millions of electronic top-ups of various kinds (telephony, transport, electronic money, digital content, etc.) managed in Spain are evidence of the company's extensive experience in this field.

Logista Payments, which was created to connect the needs of users and companies in an environment increasingly affected by depopulation and the reduced capillarity of existing solutions, will provide Endesa customers with greater access and availability of services.

This agreement consolidates Endesa as a leader in its segment, improving the service it provides to its customers in any part of the cycle, understanding collection management as a further extension of customer service, and positions Logista and its subsidiaries as leading companies in the retail channels they target.

This new Bill Collection Service will be implemented progressively over the coming months and will allow Endesa customers to increase their payment options beyond the existing networks for over-the-counter payment, direct debit, online payment, through the app, or by telephone.
