Compañía de Distribución Integral Logista Holdings, S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Article 227 of the Refunded Text of the Law on the Securities Market, informs the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of the following:
OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
The Company informs of the suspension of the Liquidity Contract signed with the financial intermediary Banco de Santander, S.A., registered as "Other relevant information" at the CNMV on January 20th, 2021, to acquire treasury shares, from September 23rd to November 3rd, 2021, with the aim of fulfilling the obligations set forth in the Incentive Plan based on shares for managers and executive directors of the Logista group, approved by the general meeting of shareholders of February 4th, 2021.
