Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire Service Station Network from Ballenoil Sl on November 13, 2023. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Compañía Española will maintain BALLENOIL brand. In May 2024, the transaction was approved by Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia. Antonio Martinez, Jaime Rodriguez of Allen & Overy acted as legal advisor to Cepsa.
