Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A.U. signed an agreement to acquire an additional 35% stake in Cepsa Gas Comercializadora, S.A. from TOTAL S.A. (ENXTPA:FP).

Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A.U. signed an agreement to acquire an additional 35% stake in Cepsa Gas Comercializadora, S.A. from TOTAL S.A. (ENXTPA:FP) on November 21, 2017. Pursuant to completion of deal, Compañía Española de Petróleos will hold 70% and remaining 30% is held by Sonatrach Spa. The transaction is subject to clearance from the European Commission.

As of December 14, 2017, the transaction is approved by European Commission.
