For almost five years, ISOVER, RIGIPS, Weber and the Saint-Gobain Shared Services Centers have been running a program that is now well known in Germany and Austria: The Young Talent Program.

This program is offered to young people who perform well in orientation workshops. After an initial meeting to get to know each other, the program runs for one and a half years. It consists of various modules on communication, public speaking, problem solving strategy, conflict and behavior management, work/life balance and networking.

The aim is to develop the skills of young people, to support them in their professional development and to help them progress to positions of greater responsibility. The program also helps to retain young talent and build bridges between the Group's different companies. The third Young Talent Program brought together some fifteen young people who all came out of this adventure stronger.
