(ENXTPA:SGO) entered into an agreement to acquire Fibroplac-Fábrica de Placas de Gesso Laminado, S.A and Falper - Falsos Tectos E Perfis Isolantes, S.A. on May 24, 2022. These companies have a joint turnover of around €15 million. The closure of these transactions is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
