Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Germany GmbH agreed to acquire Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Mg Silikon GmbH from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A. (ENXTPA:SGO) on July 22, 2022. Saint-Gobain has annual sales of approximately SEK 120 million. Closing of the transaction is subject to approvals from relevant authorities.
The transaction is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2022.
