Compagnie Financière Tradition's annual general meeting will be held on Friday, 22 May 2015 at 3.00 pm at the Hotel Beau-Rivage Palace, Lausanne. Notice of the meeting with the agenda and proposals of the Board of Directors is published on 30 April 2015 in the "FOSC" and in the press, and is also available on the Company's website at

For information and subject to approval of the General meeting of shareholders, shareholders may choose the payment of the dividend of CHF 3.00 per share in cash or in new bearer shares. Compagnie Financière Tradition SA shares will go ex-dividend on 27 May 2015 the option period to choose for the form of the dividend starts on 27 May until 3 June at noon. The dividend payment date is 8 June 2015.
