Kinpo&Compal Group Assets Development Corporation announced that it will issue 525,000,000 shares at an issue price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 5,250,000,000 on November 19, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Compal Electronics, Inc. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company.
