Companhia de Locacao das Americas is a Brazil-based company mainly involved in the leasing of motor vehicles. The Company’s activities are divided into three business lines: Fleet Management, involved in the long term leasing of motor vehicles for corporate clients, Rent-a-Car (RAC), focused on the short term rental of vehicles for individual and corporate clients, based mainly on the franchise network; and Used Cars Sales, which provides financing for a renewal of fleet by the sale of its demobilized fleet. The Firm operates under Unidas brand name with motor vehicle portfolio consisted of passenger cars, trucks, specialty vehicles and motorcycles, among others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates in all Brazilian states.
