NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná "Sanepar", in compliance with the provisions of CVM instructions and continuing to disclose the Material Fact of December 29, 2020, and the Notice to the Market of January, 25, 2021, hereby advises its shareholders, investors and the market at large that the Regulatory Agency for Public Delegated Services of Paraná ("AGEPAR") that it will evaluate the Company's request regarding the compensation of the amounts arising from the replacement of the IGP-M index by the IPCA index regarding the 2020 Tariff Adjustment Index. This evaluation will take place in the 2nd Periodic Tariff Review currently in progress.
The Company will keep its shareholders, investors and the market at large informed about this process.
